Fox Den Bed & Breakfast Policies
Check-In: 3:00 PM. Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you are requesting a late check-in after 7:00 PM. Self check-in instructions will be provided via email.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A two night minimum stay is required for all weekends and the month of December. One night reservations will be considered Sunday through Thursday, based on availability. Room choice is not guaranteed for one night stays. Rates are based on single or double occupancy only.
Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to the arrival date, except for the month of December, holiday and festival weekends which require a 30 day notice prior to arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than 14/30 days, unless the room is booked in full by another party.
A cancellation processing fee of $50 will be deducted from any refund if a reservation is re-booked in full. No shows will be charged the entire length of stay.
To guarantee your suite, a deposit equal to your 1st night’s stay will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time you book your reservation. If your reservation is more than 45 days out, the one night reservation deposit will be processed approximately 30 days before your arrival date.
Damage / Cleaning Fee
Cleaning fees and/or replacement costs will be charged for stains caused by hair dyes, massage oils or other excessive stains. Excess cleaning fees will be charged for flooded tubs.
We welcome Adults Only (18 and over).
We are a smoke free environment. Smoking or candles are not allowed in our suites or the common areas of our building.
We truly love pets, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them at the Fox Den at this time. We do have our own pets here at the inn for you to enjoy! (cats, dogs & mini horses!)
Winter driving conditions can begin as early as October and continue through April. Travel to Leavenworth may require travel over mountain passes. Please travel safely and ensure you have all wheel drive and/or chains. Passes can close for avalanche control or clearing, but usually re-open within several hours. We will refund deposits only if both Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie Pass are closed for more than one day. Please check the mountain pass reports on the day of your travel at fic/passes or 1-800-695-7623.
